Our policy on spam is strict and WILL BE enforced for the benefit of all MidwestSuperConference.com associates. There are many ways to promote your web page without the use of spam. Spamming will only ultimately result in all of our web sites being taken down by our Internet Service Provider. Our No-Spam policy is for the protection of all of our associates. Continuous online operation is essential. Anything less reduces revenues and profits for everyone.

After a complaint and an investigation, if you are found to have spammed, then we will terminate your ticket. We will remove your web page and no refund will be issued. MidwestSuperConference.com has the responsibility to determine what violates this policy. If you have any doubts concerning acceptable practices, then it is ESSENTIAL that you contact MidwestSuperConference.com BEFORE you act. Obviously, the last thing we would ever want to do is to terminate one of our own associates. However, the Internet is at the heart of our business. Consequently we absolutely must protect it for the sake of our associates.

Our No-Spam policies are about being a good corporate citizen in all states. This eliminates the need for discussions about what is, or is not legal, because it is based on treating our prospective customers and representatives the same way we would want to be treated.

Please send your complaint, along with a copy of the original message to Abuse@MidwestSuperConference.com  We do not tolerate spamming and we WILL deal strictly with any of our associates who participate in such practice.

However, we also are intolerant of those rare individuals who try to take matters into their own hands and harass or abuse our associates. That hurts innocent people who feel just as strongly about Spam, and is just as much of a violation of proper Internet practice as UCE and UBE. If we get harassed or abused then we will have no choice but to enforce our rights to the fullest extent of the law in our own defense.
